We have a 7-day return/replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
β Eligibility for Return / Replacement
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must have tags and original packaging
- Must include invoice / proof of purchase
π Return / Replacement Process
To initiate a return or replacement, contact us at:

Provide:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Images (if damaged/defective)
π Important Notes
- Returns must be requested before sending the product
- Items sent without approval will not be accepted
- In case of defective / wrong item, we will arrange pickup or provide instructions

Please check your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- Damaged item
- Defective product
- Wrong item
π Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof.
π Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
π To exchange:
- Request return
- Once approved β place a new order
π° Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

7 to 15 business days
- It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider

- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
